IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1a. I reserve the right to accept or deny any and all commissions.

1b. People I don’t trust/haven’t paid multiple times/threatened me/were not respectful will be BLACKLISTED. I have the right to refuse to selling to them or interacting in any way. The blacklist is personal but can be provided if you ask for it.

1c. All art pieces and custom designs will be posted (watermarked) to my active social media. You can request to not have them posted, as well as request for them to not even have details on the queue.

1d. If you rejected my initial sketch, I am allowed to re-use it for other purposes, including reselling, using it as a YCH or keeping it for myself, and other uses. This does not mean I will re-use your design if I'm not the original designer, only that I'll reuse the wip's posing/framing/theme/etc. If I am the designer however, and we would be scrapping it entirely, I am allowed to keep it and re-use it as I see fit.

PROPER USE

1e. All edits on top of my designs are fine, but you are required to have an original unedited file, and please consult me on your edit if you can.

1f. You may NOT claim that YOU or OTHER PEOPLE have drawn/made the art/designs that I’ve made.

1g. Unless YOU own the character, you are not allowed to claim them as your own in any way.

1h. Associating my art or my designs with the following subjects, including but not limited to: Sexual scenarios with children, hate speech, r*pe, racism, extreme fetishes, LGBTphobia, whitewashing, nazism, as well as other prejudices and bigotries, will NOT be tolerated, and you will be BLACKLISTED.

CHANGES & REDRAWS

1i. You can ask me to change anything while I’m still sketching, including a complete redraw. Past that, you can ask for up to more or less 7 changes. If it becomes too many, you'll be charged a fee.

1j. A complete redraw (if I already finished/am close to finishing the piece) will be charged. Pricing depends, but will usually be around what you paid originally.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

2a. You are NOT allowed, under any circumstance, to sell my commissions, designs, customs, art, or ANYTHING I make for NFT (Non-Fungible Token). You are NOT allowed to involve me, my work or my art on anything cryptocurrency, cryptoart, or crypto-anything related. You CANNOT under ANY circumstances "mint", NFT, or otherwise tokenize my art.

2b. You CANNOT claim that you're the artist of a piece I've done.

2c. You CANNOT edit my artwork in any way, shape, or form unless it's a design and I've approved it.

2d. You CANNOT resell my artwork by itself, as if you're the artist and it's a painting, even if you don't claim to have made it.

2e. If any of these rules are found to be broken you will be blacklisted.

2f. I will NOT remove my watermark/signature for any reason whatsoever. Even on an adopt/design, it'll have my watermark/signature somewhere visible. If you edit it out, you will be BLACKLISTED.

RE-POSTING

2g. Art commissions will always be watermarked. The watermark is small and on a place where it can prevent theft. You can always repost art commissions, as long as there’s credit.

2h. You may repost a design you've received to display them as yours, however you are advised to downsize/watermark it for completely public display. My un-watermarked designs are given to people so they may see their things clearly or provide them in private for commission references, but it isn't advisable to post them fully visible publically to prevent theft.

TURNAROUND TIME & UPDATES

3a. If you are in a rush, be it because you want it done by a birthday date, or valentine's day etc, I will charge a rush fee. Price starts at US$20.

3b. Turnaround depends highly on queue size. Currently (Jan 2024) my queue is empty-ish, except for a stash of credit a client has stacked up. So if purchased when I'm open, you'll likely receive it moderately fast (around 2 months).

3c. Do NOT commission me if you're not willing to wait. My minimum wait time is 2 weeks, but it might be up to 3 months or more. Sometimes I'm faster, sometimes I take longer. So be prepared for that. If delays happen, I will personally DM you and let you know. The dates told to you in private are ESTIMATES, not guaranteed date deliveries; they are subject to change.

3d. I can choose not to work at any time, due to personal life circumstances, exhaustion, or anything that would render me incapable of drawing, as well as if I haven't had a break in too long.

3e. If I start working on your commission WILL tell you, always. All updates will be sent as soon as they're made. There is NO need to ask for updates, or how the commission is going, etc.

3f. I have a mandatory break during weekends (saturdays and sundays) or, AT LEAST two days a week, because of my health conditions (see below).

3g. I have some health issues that might interfere with how fast I do art, as well as if I can do it at all. To be specific, I have tendonitis on both arms/hands/shoulders, scoliosis as well as chronic spine/back pain, severe migraines, and other mental health issues, as well as issues that I have yet to get properly diagnosed. So please have those points in mind when commissioning me, I cannot rush my work.

3h. An issue that might happen is that I want to work but can't because I'm in severe pain. This can and will happen from time to time and will prevent me from doing your commission.

3i. Another issue is that I might have an art block or just a complete lack of inspiration, which, if I try to force myself to draw while having those, the art will come out with a severe drop in quality. Please keep that in mind.

PAYMENT

---

4a. Pricing can be viewed on this website, on the "prices" button.

4b. I take only payments in USD through invoice. Please send me your email when purchasing so I can send the invoice to you.

4c. I accept payments in installments if the installments would be US$50 or more. I will only begin your commission after all payments have been made.

4d. I do NOT accept ANY kind of cryptocurrency, included but not limited to bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, cardano and ANY OTHERS. If you pay me in any kind of cryptocurrency, your commission will be CANCELLED, and you will be REFUNDED and BLACKLISTED.

4e. Para brasileiros: Eu aceito PIX também, mas vou utilizar o valor USD / BRL com base no Google Finance.

4f. Payment must be upfront, and arrive before I begin working on your commission.

4g. You CANNOT claim a refund at any given time.

4h. By paying the commission's invoice you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item.

4i. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the your payment account.

4j. You are also confirming that you are the owner of this account and money or have permission to use it fully.

4k. Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of character rights/art made, and if you use the digital product after getting a refund, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal actions.

NSFW/GORE COMMISSIONS

5a. MUST be 18+, and show an ID (or similar) with a visible date of birth. Your picture isn’t needed but appreciated. You can block out other info.

5b. If you were referred to me by another client of mine that has purchased NSFW, OR you are in Artifact/Furry Nexus and have access to the NSFW channels (I will check), there's no need to confirm your age.

5c. Do NOT send personal IRL NSFW (nudes/nude pictures) pictures for reference. If you don’t have an exact ref, always use a google image of a drawing or similar, and guide me to things you want done differently.

5d. I reserve the right to refuse to draw my own character(s) in NSFW/fetish scenarios with the buyer’s character(s).

5e. However, I am very open to this, and will most likely accept if I've known you for a while.
